With this in mind, Aimpoint created the CompML3, an innovative sight with Advanced Circuit Efficiency Technology (ACET), which provides battery life of up to five years.

The CompML3 is designed for use in daylight and low light conditions, and is even more rugged than most of the company's legendarily durable tactical gear. It comes with a replaceable outer black rubber cover, which protects it from scratching while improving stealth. The unit is unaffected by extreme weather conditions and is submersible in up to 150 feet of water.
